Membership Terms & Disclosures

1. Membership Overview

Gold Finance Financial Access Network (“Gold Finance”) offers a membership-based access program that provides educational resources, service access, and eligibility to explore financial and insurance options through licensed providers.

Membership does not constitute insurance coverage.

2. Insurance Availability

Life insurance and other financial products are not included automatically with membership.

• Insurance products are offered through licensed agents and carriers

• Coverage is subject to enrollment, eligibility, and carrier approval

• Some plans may offer living benefits and/or no medical exam options

• Coverage amounts, premiums, and features vary by plan and activation

3. “Pay $5 / Get $500,000” Messaging

Any promotional references to coverage amounts represent potential policy face values, not guaranteed outcomes.

• Actual coverage depends on plan selection, age, eligibility, and activation

• Membership fees do not equal insurance premiums

• No insurance coverage is active unless and until enrollment is completed

4. Living Benefits

Certain qualifying life insurance plans may include living benefits, which may allow policyholders to access a portion of benefits while living, subject to policy terms and carrier rules.

Living benefits are not guaranteed and vary by plan.

5. No Guarantee of Coverage

Gold Finance does not guarantee that any individual will qualify for insurance coverage or specific benefit amounts.

All insurance decisions are made by independent insurance carriers.

6. Payments & Fees

• Membership fees are separate from insurance premiums

• Membership fees are non-refundable

• Insurance premiums, if elected, are paid directly to the carrier or authorized processor

7. Regulatory Notice

Gold Finance operates as a membership access network and does not itself underwrite insurance policies.

Insurance products are offered by licensed agents and authorized carriers in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.
